MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1996 film?

The USS -Enterprise is exploring space, when he receives the news that also detected the presence of a Borg Cube heading towards Earth. The High Command of the fleet Picard orders that address the Neutral Zone to thereby if the Romulans decide to take advantage of the situation and also to attack the Federation.
