MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1991 film?

A conference to make peace between the Federation and the klingones, is the only hope to solve a vital problem of the planet that was caused by the detonation of explosive mines in one of its moons. But all negotiations come to an abrupt end when one of the ships of the klingones is attacked and accused Captain Kirk and Dr. McCoy.
