MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1996 film?

Pongo and Perdita are a happy couple living among canine their fifteen puppies with their owners, Roger and Anita. But happiness is not eternal and puppies life becomes endangered when the evil Cruella De Vil and her two assistants are kidnapped to realize the dream of obtaining an exclusive fur coat small Dalmatian dogs. Pongo and Perdita must walk the streets of London to save their children and prevent Cruella carry out his evil plan.
