MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

An American company weapons manufacturer has designed a robot capable of sustitescapar people in the war and prevent the loss of more lives. But the performance test does not go as everyone expected, and the robot loses control. Despite the doubts that this generates, the robot is sent to Hong Kong, where he has to participate in an exhibition. Two fronts ensure their safety. First, a group of young Hong Kong police, and on the other, an American agent of the FBI.
