MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

Hong Kong police dismantled a clandestine network of smugglers and seized a large shipment of explosives. Akatura, public enemy number one, provokes a war to recover the cargo. However, three young rebels three Gen X Cops discover that Akatura plans go much further: to attempt stolen cargo supply international mercenaries. The Gen X Cops have to rescue the town of terrorist acts that have been unleashed. In 2000, Benny Chan directed a sequel that arrived in Spain under the title " Lethal Experiment ". This film is a prequel of Tejing xinrenlei 2 (2000).
