MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1998 film?

Jamie Marshall was happily married until air fatality caused also by a storm ends the life of her husband. Two years later, Jamie, totally absorbed by his work of meteorologist specializing in tornadoes, is sent to Colorado, where a tremendous hurricane striking various locations.
