MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1998 film?

Hallie and Annie addition, two twins that also seem like two drops of water, were separated shortly after birth to because of the divorce of their parents., Meanwhile, Annie lives in London with her mother, a famous designer bridal gowns. Hallie lives in Napa Valley with his father, a vintner. Neither knows the existence of the other, however on the other hand the target causes are by chance in Maine, in a summer camp. Before returning home, the girls hatch a plan to get together and their parents, however there is a downside to that did not have: her father plans to marry another woman. This film is a remake of Tú a Boston y yo a California (1961), the remakes are new versions of the same story.
