MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1957 film?

In wrestling environment arises a series of mysterious events surrounding the disappearance of some dead bodies. Police infiltrated William Santana, become the masked " Vampire " as bait to catch the thief. But things go awry and William ends become a monster in the service of evil Panchito, who poses as a harmless lottery vendor.
