MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1957 film?

Although the behavior of Sissi is faultless, the Archduchess Sophie, her rigid mother, takes every opportunity to invent false romances between Sissi and Count Andrassy in order to break the marriage between the Empress and her son. Meanwhile, in Hungary Sissi contracted a serious lung disease that forces her to move to Greece to recover.
