MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1945 film?

Edinburgh, 1831. Donald Fettes, a teenage medical student, arrives at the mansion of Dr. MacFarlane, a renowned surgeon and professor, to serve as an assistant. The sinister coachman John Gray is who gives the doctor the bodies secretly used in their classes and in their research, fresh corpses from graves in the nearby cemetery. Gray will use the situation to blackmail MacFarlane, thus, unconsciously, his life in danger.
