MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1998 film?

The year is Universal Century 0079 - Intelligence Officer Alice Miller Federation has been assigned to investigate Shiro Amada, commander of the 08th MS Team. His mission: to discover the details of his enigmatic later extended absence from the last battle and determine whether or not he is a spy for the Zeon forces. Facing the potential end of his military career, Shiro must finally choose between military duty and his relationship with Aina as the 08th MS Team strives once more to prove in battle. Miller's report is a compilation of episodes 1-8 of the OVA Mobile Suit Gundam: The 08th MS Team, only with additional footage that highlights a new character, Alice Miller a Federation intelligence officer investigating alleged Shiro Amada ties with the Principality of Zeon. This is a sequel of Kidô senshi Gandamu I (1981), but it was produced and filmed before.
