MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2012 film?

For the young Caroline Matilda, married as a teenager to King Christian VII of Denmark, is a horror to live with a husband cyclothymic and quirky which incidentally also proposes measures such as naming your dog honorary member of the State Council, or moving in Copenhagen empty carriages night to somehow pick up the drunks. So, Carolina surrenders to the charms of the king's personal physician, an intellectual progressive who will be torn between his loyalty to the king, his love for the queen and her chance to turn a medieval Denmark in a country still illustrated.
