MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

Jochen Wenzel, a young teacher, married with two children, one day unexpectedly falls in love with a young co-worker, Tom Leuthner and begin an affair uncommon. While Ina, Jochen woman, worries about Jochen distant behavior with no idea of her husband's affair, Jochen and Tom fall deeply in love with each other. Torn between his family and his new love, Jochen has to make a decision.
