MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1957 film?

Jim Donaldson and Fred Armstrong are rivals in love and action. The two are vying for the hand of the attractive Louise Blake, a blonde who likes the boys and the cars. The two prepare their vehicles rigged for the big race. For Jim, who works in a workshop, winning a race means consegescapar a scholarship for college.
