MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1998 film?

As part of the literature search for a school on the sea in which Nobita has put great enthusiasm, the magical door and he will make Doraemon, Shizuka addition, Giant and Suneo, to move to sea.
