MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1990 film?

Doraemon, Nobita and the rest of the gang, travel to the planet of the animals after crossing a mysterious pink cloud of gas found in the forest. In the area of animal care of the natural environment, recycled waste and the use of renewable energy is on the agenda. But the funny thing is that its residents are friendly human body and animal head. The gang knows the teenager Chipo, a boy - dog enthusiastic and fanciful immense determined to unravel the mysteries of their civilization. Before them opens an exciting adventure as they discover that a tragic threat looms on Animal Planet: an alien race seeks to invade and use all its natural resources, causing total destruction. Dressed in their special animal hats and armed with his usual dose of courage and determination, the gang comes to help Chipo and the other inhabitants of the world of animals.
