MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1959 film?

Shortly before the end of the war, SS officer Grohmann and his comrade Kopetzky sink several crates of English 'blossoms' in Lake Toplitz. The former Nazi uses the money to build a career in business in post-war Germany. His buddy also profits from this 'new beginning'. Then reporter Wolfgang Löhde gets on their trail...
