MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1959 film?

Actress Lora Meredith is an unemployed widow who lives with her teenage daughter, Susie, in New York City. One day he meets by chance on a beach to Annie, a black woman, and her daughter Sarah Jane mestizo, also teen, who end up working for her. Sarah befriends Susie, and increasingly try to emulate Lora and dreams of entering show business as deny its origins.
