MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2011 film?

During a terrible storm, the wagon of a Santa Claus falls in the street of a town. The teenager Ben dares to knock on the door. So Nicolas Reyes knows, the only real Santa Claus, who tells how the Great Christmas Council is harassing and chasing. This organization is run by Valdemar Duendefallecido, a Santa Claus who wants to impose mercantilist Christmas gifts much more expensive and is killing all the Santa Claus good, But Nicolas Reyes little concerned about such minutiae. With his reindeer Shooting Star with angels and with his elves and Christmas brings years dealing to satisfy at least the true desires of some children: it provides those gifts that can not be bought with fortune, something Valdemar Will Duendemuerto to end Nicholas offered holiday cheer ?
