MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1985 film?

The zombies have taken over the planet and human numbers is reduced to one per 400,000 dead. A small group of people, comprising scientists and military, take refuge in an old underground government installation. They unsuccessfully attempt to contact other survivors groups. Meanwhile, the doctors investigating the origin of the phenomenon, and its possible cure, while trying to " tame" the living dead who remain chained. As time passes, the tensions between scientists and soldiers will grow within the group. A remake called Day of the Dead (2008) was made based on this movie.
