MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2005 film?

In 1968, a strange virus causes a violent outbreak of cannibalism in military health center. The outbreak stifles burning and burying the victims. Forty years later, the military center has become a health center for the mentally ill. Five patients in the sanatorium released, by ruling the transforming virus, unwittingly, into ruthless thirst for human flesh. This film is a prequel of Day of the Dead (2008).
