MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

Third and final installment of the series "Candyman ". It tells the story of Caroline, who is making a living as an artist in Los Angeles barrio. The teenager is the last descendant of a black man who was lynched by falling in love with a white woman and, according to legend, became a living dead to seek revenge. Now Caroline has nightmares about this being terrifying. Candyman is near. This movie is part of the Candyman trilogy (1992, 1995, 1999).
