MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

Kieron Chow and his unit also terrorist Khmer Rouge come to Hong Kong to thereby one last mission. His son Todd, his loyal right hand, suffered a serious head wound. Now, with a state of total amnesia, Todd wakes from a coma without discovering that indeed has been given a new life. With the help of psychiatrist Shirley Kwan, the officer Mark Chan has tried to convince Todd that is actually an undercover agent sent to infiltrate Chow's group. But fragments of his shattered memory suddenly returned to his head, and Todd is forced to choose between his dark past and present, just a shot of redemption.
