MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1986 film?

Yuen Biao plays Jason Chan, after finishing his law studies in England returns to Hong Kong to become a lawyer. With a strong sense of justice, attempt to convict Jason some drug lords for their crimes do not work.
