MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1992 film?

Margaret Harwood is a British winemaker whose father is sent on a routine mission to a remote Scottish castle. But what appears to be a normal job cataloging old wine soon becomes a finding eccentric. Maggie finds a bottle of wine for 150 years, extremely rare, which is believed to have belonged to Napoleon. The problem is that other people also want to seize valuable treasure.
