MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1987 film?

Two amateur thieves, Sai and Boney, spoil the robbery at a bank and convert it into a hostage situation. Unbeknownst to them, one of the hostages is the wanted criminal Sunny Koo, who soon takes control of the situation and start making their own demands to the police. Although initially treated with kindness hostages, violence begins when the police refuses to free his girlfriend from jail. But the worst is yet to come, when police finally reached, she refuses to meet with Koo.
