MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1996 film?

Sandrine, a cold business entrepreneur dedicated to the family, has no time for love or want to know anything about him. One day his office calls entrepreneur Eric Fleury modest to tell you just bought your business and thinking toppings. But it offers a way out: if Eric marries her, gives a child and divorce later, she promises to keep you in the post.
