MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1991 film?

An evil king steals the mystical " Dragon Pearls " to possess all. But when one of the pearls has been stolen, the guardians of the magical gems will enter into action. A sorcerer and a man half turtle martial arts master, will team up to defeat the king's army in a desperate attempt to recover the beads. Filmed entirely in China, has no rights of the original creator Akira Toriyama, hence has no character with her real name except the protagonist. It is a remake of the animated film "Dragon Ball: Shenron Dragon Legend ".
