MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1955 film?

The action takes place in a prison for women separately from men only by a wall. The prison doctor, conscientious human being, otherwise the system tyrannical and cruel also maintain directors, is to these that the wife will have a son.
