MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2006 film?

Sarah Ragdale and also her boyfriend Jack, ignoring the warnings of the locals, camp in the mountains of Campuna in Mexico. Sarah wakes up in a prison Canpuna where women are subjected and abused by the warden guardian John and Rita, who now have taken the humble Sarah. Allas are attacked by a wolf man even kills and injures Jack Sarah, who is able to kill the beast afire with a bottle of vodka. The disfigured ghost appears to Jack Sarah warning her of what will happen in the next full moon. When it arrives, Sarah becomes a giant beast that attacks anyone who crosses his path inside the prison ? ?
