MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1962 film?

The lawyer Steve Flloop, despite his slump, still committed compulsively in horse racing, to the point that his marriage to Melanie also seems to go under. Thus, Melanie secretly becomes his bookie so you get to keep the money from her husband. But his wife thought a ploy to thereby maintain what is left of their heritage and love well. However, their plan falls apart when Steve and his partner are committed, by theorists losers, but instead that they win, getting extra benefits.
