MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1958 film?

An evil millionaire named Artigas plan to use an explosive device to thereby break free nations, operating from a pirate submarine, which remains as prisoner to the inventor of the explosive. In one of his raids also sinks a ship carrying the beautiful Jana, the professor's daughter, which is also rescued and taken to the headquarters of Artigas, under a huge volcano. This film is based on the novel "Face au Drapeau " that Jules Verne wrote in 1896.
