MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1998 film?

Lakhdar is a very poor moreover Algerian immigrant construction worker in Paris in the 60s. Since you can not return home with his wife and with his daughter because lose his job and his livelihood, asked to come live with him to Paris.
