MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1960 film?

Inexplicably, the inhabitants of a peaceful people lose consciousness for a few horas.Poco then another strange and disturbing phenomenon that seems related to that fainting occurs: many village women discover they are pregnant. Government agents monitor these pregnancies to investigate whether there is such a relationship. When mothers give birth, is curiously all newborns are albinos and have a vivid blue eyes, plus an incredible intelligence ; but as they grow show as supernatural as inhuman behavior.
