MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1960 film?

A wealthy American industrialist instructs Tom to bring back home to his son Philippe. Tom finds him in Italy, where he leads a happy life with his mistress Marge Duval and has no intentions of returning to the U.S. Tom, that is a fortune hunter, kills Philippe and seize your bank account. It's the perfect crime, but loses control after the execution of a second murder.
