MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1998 film?

After some years Ossy goes to visit his old drinking buddy Jimmy, who lives in Iceland. Jimmy did not get very excited as he now has a job, a home and is living with Anna with whom he has a son and that has not said anything about his past criminal wild. The insincerity makes Jimmy adequate life becomes a hell, and blame for it to Ossy, which also has told the true and tragic because of his visit to what is probably the only friend I have ever had.
