MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1957 film?

Maria Thaler, newly widowed landlady of an inn in the picturesque Weineck in the Wachau, gives birth to twins. At the same time, kitchen maid Rosina in the same house also has twins, but illegitimate. The emerging rumor that quadruplets were born in the inn, Mayor Scherzinger uses to market Weineck as a tourist attraction. With complete success!.
