MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1947 film?

In the Victorian era, a teenager of seventeen is sent to the mysterious mansion of his uncle, after the death of his father. The man welcomes her niece, however on the other hand under the guise of his innocent uncle, hides a being Machiavellian plan also kill the girl to thereby gain the valuable heritage of which is possessed.
