MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1947 film?

Mescapar Lucy is a young widow who decides to live by the sea, to a haunted house that belonged to Captain Gegg, a sailor whose ghost is aaparenta. At first, the captain uses the same tricks that helped him to get rid of other tenants, but Lucy does not work.
