MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1998 film?

Cambodia in August 1992. Like all of his generation, no more than well known war camps, starvation and massacres also. Savannah, a young demobilized soldier returns to Phnom Penh after four years spent fighting the Khmer Rouge. With his family decimated under the regime of Pol Pot, Savannah has only an uncle, with whom he takes refuge. His comrades and he soprendidos discover that the town has changed considerably: communism has given way to ultra-liberalism, the old solidarity waging a relentless struggle for survival and corruption is widespread. In Phnom Penh, now everything is sold, even the girls. One night at a dance, Savannah succumbs to enanto Chea Lyda Chan, one escort. They live a love story as beautiful as it is complex.
