MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1996 film?

Two hired murderers are involved in a scam to an insurance company in Los Angeles. A director and suicidal failed dedicated to caring for your dog, an art dealer who is suffering from colic living under the care of his beloved housekeeper, a policeman flawed and disturbed that has as a rookie partner and two beautiful and jealous women are part of a web of murder and crime.
