MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1998 film?

The war not only caused death and destruction but also financial and economic crisis with inflation record. In all this madness, three teenagers trying to survive, each in their own way. At one point, their destinies will unite, they want to rob the bank which incidentally is stealing the entire country.
