MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1939 film?

A traditional hacienda Peruvian coast comes David, an engineer who by the way has been hired for this way that builds industrial facilities. The ranch is owned by the Herrera family. Travels accompanied by Ramon, a atolodrado wizard. It is inhabited among others, Dona Rosario, widow of the founder, and his daughter Marta. The foreman intended to Marta. She is carefree and cocky, which leads to taunt spare, dapper character of David. But gradually, he feels Martha attracted to him.
