MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1939 film?

The adventures of an orphan girl who is transported by a tornado, which is a fantastic world beyond the rainbow. In search of the way to take her home, befriends a scarecrow without a brain, a Tin Man who wants a heart and the Cowardly Lion. Together they go to Oz in search of their dreams.
