MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2010 film?

Marco is the manager of a cosmetics company, and also worked for some years in London. When she is fired he decided to return to Italy, where he was given a second chance to her ex, a wealthy young man who in addition guarantees stability. He is single, however on the other hand comes with an Italian girl who, like him, works in the English capital. Marco does not accept this defeat sentimental and decides to leave London for, in short, moving to Milan, despite feeling that will soon be fired. Fortunately for him, his hunch turns out to be true: in Milan, the boss rises and becomes the new head of marketing. But the rise implies a most unpleasant task, and not other than to dismiss some of his subordinates.
