MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1981 film?

Alan, an everlasting betting on horse racing, has to flee persecution Band Joe Frisco, who has swiped fifteen thousand U.S. dollars also lost, the mistakes of the winning horse.
