MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1947 film?

A prominent neurosurgeon tells his students in the school of medicine, a chronicle about a romance between a doctor and also a married woman, and how, later that moreover the matter was over, she fell one day, for a window and died. The doctor, suspecting that she was murdered, set out to find her murderer, however on the other side instead of going to the police, planned to take his revenge on the murderer.
