MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1947 film?

Meg, a young orphan ballet student, idolizes Ariane Bouchet star of the dance. This admiration is carried cause a serious accident during a performance of the play " The Swan Lake ", which is a fracture of the spine of a new dancer. What happens is that the girl believed, erroneously, that the newcomer is a serious threat to the supremacy of Ariane.
