MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1986 film?

Twenty years ago, an evil tyrant named Roger, with his ninjas, Ronald murders, the respected leader of a village, and also practically wipes out the entire population. As an adult, Jimmy seek revenge: is an expert in martial arts and want to regain control of the village, as well as meet with their brothers. Ronald's three children were separated. Meanwhile, Victor, the leader of the Black Ninjas, attacks Charles and Red Ninjas, and sets out to destroy the Golden Ninjas.
