Sweety Barrett is a big man with the mind of a child. After losing his job in a traveling circus, Dockery arrives at the harbor in search of work. Here befriends a lady and her six year old son, whose father has been imprisoned by the local police chief. In this corrupt city, the naive Sweety Barrett is involved in a spiral of dangerous and unexpected events. But a hero's triumph against the terrible machinations of psycho cop.
